Where do I park the car?

You can not bring the car to Kastellet so you have to park in Vaxholm. During the summer we recommend parking at Norrbersskolan at Hamngatan 53. Tickets are solved directly at the parking lot

When is check-in and check-out?

You are warmly welcomed to check in from 14:00, check-out from the rooms by 11:00.

What about cancellation and rebooking?

If you have booked the room via our website or directly with us by telephone, the rooms are usually cancelable until 18:00 two days before arrival. For larger bookings, packages or offers, the terms may vary, for detailed booking terms see here

If you have booked through our website, you can cancel your room through the link contained in your booking confirmation that you received at the time of booking.

If your booking has been made through an external booking company, such as booking.com or hotels.com, you must cancel your room where you made the booking and that is where the conditions apply.

Is there Wifi?

Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel and is available to you as a guest for free. Select the Dlink network, no code required.

Included sheets and towels?

Sheets and towels are included and the beds are hotel-bedded.

How does Shower / Wc work?

Newly renovated shower / WC is in the corridor in close proximity to the rooms.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00.

Is the hotel handicapped accessible?

The castles are hard to reach and with stairs, thresholds and no elevator, if you are disabled, it’s hard to live with us.
