Booking & Cancellation Terms

Here you will find information about our booking and cancellation terms. If you have any questions before making your reservation, please feel free to contact us – we are always happy to help.

Cancellations

Bookings made through our website

Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge until 6:00 PM, two days before arrival.

For cancellations made after this time, or in the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Non-refundable bookings

Some rooms and special offers are available at a reduced rate and are clearly marked as non-refundable when booking.

These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation or a no-show.

The Eastern Line – Private Wing

Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

For cancellations made after this time, or in the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Bookings made through external booking channels

For reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com or another external booking platform, the terms selected at the time of booking apply. Your applicable cancellation terms are shown in the booking confirmation issued by the respective platform.

Group bookings

Special booking and cancellation terms apply to reservations of five rooms or more.

Please contact us and we will be happy to provide information based on the size and requirements of your group.

Cancel your reservation

Reservations made directly with us can be cancelled through My Booking.

Open your reservation, select Cancel booking and follow the instructions. Once the cancellation has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when booking.

Your reservation remains active until you have received the cancellation confirmation.

Damage and liability

We kindly ask our guests to treat the historic building and its furnishings with care.

If damage occurs through negligence, or if rooms, facilities or furnishings are used for purposes for which they are not intended, the cost of the resulting damage may be charged.
